It is not that, usually, people talk about much as we talk about the weather. But still, it is important to treat and heal our trauma, so we can create a healthier and happier life. Healing from trauma is not overnight work, but the journey is helping you to understand what happened to you and how it is affecting you. This is such a wide topic, and we covered some of them in this podcast by sharing our experiences.
